The private chat via e-mail is not such a good idea for me as I don't have an access to my private mailbox from the office but only to my corporate mailbox, and I don't really want somebody from my work finding out what I'm doing during my workday

Offtopic: that automatical access to the google dictionary is rather unconvenient because I'm used to select word / group of words for deleting / revising purposes while typing a text, and now I'm unable to do so because once I've selected the word it comes up in a new window and I continue all my editing actions (deleting, ctrl + insert, etc.) in that new window and not in the text I'm typing. Is there any chance to switch this option off?

My name is Olga, I'm 24. I'm paralegal with St.Pete office of the international law firm. The management of our office think I do speak English and I don't want to disappoint them, that's why I'm here For the past three years I've been reading a lot of English texts (e-mails, agreements of any nature, sometimes novels) and I've been listening English speech a lot (movies, educational legal seminars), but still I have some difficulties with writing and speaking English because of lack of writing / speaking practice.
I've joined you two weeks ago and visit the site every day to read or listen smth useful For the time being I'm reading the "KMB Course" and find it very informative.
I hope someone will be patient enough to chat with me and to help me to get over the language barrier.
There is one more thing I'm worrying about. I'm fond of English, I think it's very beautiful language. I dream of knowing how to think and speak English (and not just make a simple translation from Russian to English). That's why I'll be grateful if someone provides me with the tips he or she used while learning English.
